For traditional German style beers. G02 Kaiser will ferment very clean allowing the subtle & delicate malt flavors and aromas to shine in your beer. This is a low flocking strain. Anticipate a longer clarification period leaving your beers very low diacetyl levels. Best suited for traditional Berliner Weisse, Altbier, & Kolsch.
