Fruit Flavorings and Puree

The small pack Oregon Fruit Puree is no longer being produced. While there is a new, shelf stable product being offered, it contains ingredients which are not the best for brewing – xanthan gum, vegetable juice, guar gum, etc.

The new cans are in syrups that contain additional sugars and are not intended for the brewing industry.

Hopefully OFP will begin return to producing 1lb pouches of puree but for now we are recommending frozen fruit.
