Is a triploid hop variety that was bred by New Zealand’s Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. It was first released in 1972 and has become the signature New Zealand hop. Green Bullet brings a refreshing bitterness with an Alpha Acid that ranges from 11-15%. It has a complex flavor and aroma that is comprised of dark fruits, pine needles, floral aroma, and slight spice. Green Bullet works best in big styles like stouts and imperial IPAs, but has been featured in a wide range of styles including light lagers and session IPAs.
