Rice Syrup Solids/Rice Sugar/Dried Rice Extract 1lb

Can be used to boost alcohol and lighten the body of beers.
Most notably used in American Light Lagers, adjunct lagers or rice lagers.
Dried rice syrup solids, used an an adjunct in brewing. Rice extract provides fermentable sugar, but has a relatively light, neutral flavor. Use it in beers when you want to increase the alcohol level but not add the residual sweetness that barley malt extract can impart.
