Contributes rich notes of chocolate, coffee, and toasted bread. “Naked” barley refers to a variety where the hull naturally separates from the grain during harvest. Lacking a husk, Buck eliminates tannin contribution and harsh acrid flavors, resulting in a smoother, cleaner finish. Perfect for dark styles like black lagers, stouts, porters and, in very low ratios, for adding a touch of color to lighter styles.
