This yeast helps to produce a malty, yet balanced traditional Munich-style lager. Clean and a strong fermentor, it’s great for a variety of lager styles ranging from helles to rauchbier.

Flocculation: Medium
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5 – 10%)
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 48°F – 52°F
