This rigid joiner is made from strong polypropylene. It's useful to make rigid joins with push-in fittings that are dead straight. Although it's possible to make joins using short pieces of 6.35mm OD EVABarrier tubing, connecting small accessories together will be much easier when you use these instead. The 50mm length is long enough so even after pushing right into two Duotight 6.35mm fittings on both ends, you should still have an exposed length of about 3mm so you can still easily take the fittings apart later.

EVABarrier Double Wall Draft Tubing – 3 mm ID x 6.35 mm OD – 1ft

EVABarrier double wall tubing is an excellent choice for all draft dispensing applications. The inner barrier is an excellent gas barrier, keeping oxygen out and CO2 in. The inner wall is also extremely smooth to prevent bacteria and other microbes from attaching to the inside surface. The outer barrier gives the tubing a decent stiffness while still remaining pliable. This makes EVA Barrier remarkably kink resistant and the perfect choice for use with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings.

The 3 mm (1/8") ID size is perfect for mobile draft applications or home draft systems where only a short beverage line is needed. Lengths of 3.2 ft. per line are all that you'll need for adequate flow resistance.

This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD).

Traditional analog gauges require a small capillary mechanism where a small pipe expands and unravels under pressure. This in turn drives a mechanical cog to rotate the gauge needle. This age-old technique works quite well especially in large gauges but as this mechanism is manufactured smaller and smaller a tradeoff between accuracy and size becomes the issue. With very small gauges such as a 27mm x 27mm Mini Gauge, it’s difficult to make them better than 10% accuracy due to the physical constraints of the mechanical components.
