50′ Stainless Steel Wort Chiller 1/2″ with Brass Connections

An affordable wort chiller made from 50' of 1/2'' Stainless Steel tubing. You can use our CE20 hose thread adaptor to attach to your sink. Uprights are held together by a single hose clamp rather than welding/soldering.

Note: The inner bend on the coils have small indentations that are a natural result of the winding process used during manufacturing. By enlarging the photos you can view. As a bonus these actually help turbulate the cooling water to eliminate laminar flow.

Approx. 12.75" diameter, 12" to the top coil, 23" to the bend to go over the lip of the kettle.

The Chillout – 30 Plate Chiller (The Chillout MKIV)

The Chillout MKIV, now with new and improved male 1/2" BSP threaded posts, is the fastest way to chill your wort to yeast pitching temperature to get your fermentation off to a quick healthy start. The Chillout is made from stainless steel and brazed together with pure copper. It also has ripples up and down each plate. This creates more surface area and improves heat transfer.

To clean, connect water supply to the port where your wort was coming out and backflush the unit for a few minutes to ensure that any residue has been completely washed out. Remember to sanitize either with boiling wort, or a short flush with Star San before use. Do not clean with Sodium Hydroxide or leave Phosphoric Acid based sanitizers left to store inside the plate chiller.

This plate chiller is equipped with a 1/2" MPT wort in and out, as well as a 3/4" male garden hose thread water in and out.
It measures approximately 8.25 inches long, 4 inches high and 3 inches wide.

The Fermentap Wort Chiller is unlike any on the market today. The coils have been specially positioned to be at the top of your wort, where the majority of the heat will be. This results in a faster cooling time over chillers with lower coils.

25' of 3/8'' copper tubing. 8' of vinyl tubing attached to both the in and the out with a female garden hose fitting on the in side. Use a hose thread adaptor to attach to your sink. Perfect for a kitchen environment where the sink is close by. Equipped with new proprietary water turbulation technology making it more water efficient. This mixes the cooling water as it passes through the chiller so that you get more efficient heat extraction.

Wort Chiller – Copper Counterflow Chiller (with 3/8 in. Barbs)

This copper counter flow chiller is probably one of the fastest ways to chill wort. This unit is similar in efficiency to the Chillout plate chiller, with the added benefit that it is easier to clean. Whereas a plate chiller has small crevasses to trap hop material, the counterflow chiller can be more effectively flushed out after use.

These units are 9" in diameter and about 7" high. The input and output are approximately 3/8" outside diameter (9.5 mm). These can be used with gravity, although a pump is recommended.
